Sims 4 Packed Lunch Glitch. I can't put sack lunches in my sims inventory or open them. Fixed an issue with “sack lunch in inventory” (parenthood) which caused a sim reset & error if the interaction “pack into sack lunch”. So as far as i can figure out, either the bug is sending our sims home early when their needs drop too low while they're at work, or the sack. Have a sim go to work/school with a packed lunch in their inventory. But if you're on console you'll have to wait until ea addresses it. What happens when the bug occurs?. Packed a lunch for my sim child go to put it in inventory or into the fridge just floats in the air tried coming out of the game and loading still. It has been broken for a while now, even before the hys patch. I'm having an issue in my game since the recent update in some households (but not all households) wherein packing a sack.
